  • John Oates, Managing Director, National Capital Asset Valuation Practice (NY Office) - Mr. Oates has over 30 years of experience in the valuation and financial analysis of equipment and facilities for leasing purposes, project financing, intangible assets and total enterprises.  His industry experience, while wide-ranging, is particularly deep in banking, conventional and renewable energy, and heavy industry.
     
  • Al Macchioni, Managing Director, Business Development (NY Office) - Mr. Macchioni was an investment banker for 25 years, advising clients on buy and sell side M&A transactions, capital raising, venture and private equity investing, with firms such as Lehman Bros, Swiss Bank Corp (a predecessor of UBS), Price Waterhouse Coopers Securities and Citigroup.  Mr. Macchioni brings to bear deep insights from his advisory career to mobilize Marshall & Stevens' resources in support of delivering client solutions.
     
  • Ken Pantoga, Director, Financial Valuation (NY Office) - Mr. Pantoga brings nearly 15 years of extensive financial reporting, tax, and M&A valuation experience. He has managed multi-disciplined projects in connection with transactions as large as forty billion dollars for a wide range of clients, including public and privately held corporations, private equity investors, governments, non-profits and high net worth individuals. His sector experience encompasses many industries, including technology, chemicals & basic materials, media, banking, and business services, among others.
