PRESENT POSITION
Mark W. Santarsiero is president and chief executive officer for Marshall & Stevens Incorporated.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Santarsiero has been with Marshall & Stevens since 1987. Initially joining Marshall & Stevens as chief financial officer, he assumed increasing responsibilities for the firms HR, IT, administrative and legal requirements. In 1992, Mr. Santarsiero led the team involved in the management buyout of the firm and subsequent private placement funding.
EMPLOYMENT
Prior to his current position, Mr. Santarsiero was with the holding company that owned Marshall & Stevens in the capacity of corporate controller responsible for various service subsidiaries. In this capacity, he had in depth experience with merger and acquisition transactions relative to identification, due diligence, negotiations and integration for SGS' portfolio. Prior to his association with the SGS group, Mr. Santarsiero worked for two CPA firms where he worked with many closely held companies in the area of audit, tax and management advisory services.
EDUCATION
Mr. Santarsiero holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Scranton, a MBA from the University of Southern California, a CPA certificate in the states of Pennsylvania and California and is an active member in the AICPA, New Jersey and California CPA societies.
