PRESENT POSITION
Mr. Robert D. Kerslake is Chairman of the Board of Marshall & Stevens Incorporated, a full-service, independent valuation and consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Kerslake began his association with Marshall & Stevens as a business development manager in 1975. His prior business experience with Marshall & Stevens Incorporated also includes: senior valuation consultant, area vice president, corporate vice president of sales and marketing, senior vice president, president of the western division and president and chief executive officer.
EMPLOYMENT
Mr. Kerslake’s prior business background includes 18 years of mechanical contracting and manufacturing.
From 1967 to 1975 he was employed by Aire West Mechanical Contractors Inc. as president and chief executive officer.
From 1958 to 1967 he was employed by Burke and Company as vice president of operations.
EDUCATION
Mr. Kerslake holds a B.B.A. degree from Loyola University where he majored in accounting.
