PRESENT POSITION
Joseph A. Gagliano, J.D. is a principal, business development for Marshall & Stevens Incorporated. He specializes in the areas of finance, valuations and appraisals.
EXPERIENCE
Active in the corporate, finance and legal sectors since 1980, he has experience in the following areas: mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, tax, real estate, finance, intellectual property and litigation support.
EMPLOYMENT
Mr. Gagliano joined Marshall & Stevens in 1999. Prior to joining Marshall & Stevens, he was director, corporate transactions for KPMG and prior to that, vice president and general counsel for Datatape Incorporated, an Eastman Kodak subsidiary.
EDUCATION
Mr. Gagliano holds a BA from Providence College, a J.D. from Western State University College of Law, and an Advanced Executive Business Management certification from the University of Southern California.
