PRESENT POSITION
Ralph J. Consola is a principal with Marshall & Stevens Incorporated, working from the corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Consola’s responsibilities include business development, client management and engagement management. He provides valuation and transaction advisory services to public and private corporations as part of their planning, negotiation and reporting requirements related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, insurance and wealth transfer events. Services provided include fairness and solvency opinion and the valuation of businesses and their interests and assets, both tangible and intangible.
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Consola began his association with Marshall & Stevens as a valuation consultant on December 1, 1999. He was promoted to vice president in 2001 and senior vice president in 2004. He assumed the responsibilities of principal in 2005.

Mr. Consola’s prior business background includes 11 years as a member of the University Relations Division of Loyola Marymount University. From 1995 to 1999, he served as director of Alumni Relations, Senior Development Officer.
EDUCATION
Mr. Consola received a B.S. in mathematics and an M.B.A. in finance from Loyola Marymount University.
